P.E. Uniform

The P.E. uniform has changed*:

Available through Lands’ End

• There are now girls’ and boys’ athletic jackets and pants. The

pants have been modified a bit to provide a better fit for boys

and girls.

• White performance tee with St. Mary’s embroidered on the chest

in navy stitching.

Spring/Fall P.E. shorts:

• Navy mesh shorts available through Colorworks with the saints “S”

logo imprinted on the left leg bottom. Available on the St. Mary’s

website (click on the “S” to link to their website).

*The previous P.E. uniform will be “grandfathered in” for one year.

In 2009-2010, students will be required to wear the new P.E.

Uniform Shoes

The goal of limiting uniform shoes is to try to keep our students looking

nicely dressed but also comfortable for school. The selection of these

shoes was based on consideration of price, comfort, safety and overall

style.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

P.E. sneakers should be all white or predominantly white.

Sneakers worn with skorts or dress shorts should also be all white or predominantly white.

Regular uniform shoes should be the following:

Boys:

• All weather mocs in black or dark brown similar to those available through Lands’ End

• Bucks lace-up shoes in black or dark brown

• Hook and loop top-sider available on Stride Rite website (no laces, black or brown sole matching shoe)

Girls:

• Mary Janes in black or dark brown

• Bucks lace-up shoes in black or dark brown

• Moccasin-type slip-on shoe, no laces, sole of shoe is black or dark brown to match black or dark brown shoe
